I’m still blogging weekly with the scripture for the week, and an update on the individual week’s progress can be found at (week five, week six, week seven, week eight, and week nine).
It’s been a rough month. Two houseguests, a husband out of town, sick kids, getting sick myself, and oh, yeah, the holidays have meant that I’ve spend very little focused time on scripture memory.
But it’s not a race, so even if I have forgotten more than I learned this month it’s ok. I’m still learning and growing even if not by much.
I do find it incredibly exciting when I listen to the chapter and, even if I don’t know it all word-perfect, it is more and more familiar. Needing prompts to get through the verses is still progress from not knowing them at all!
